Summer Events for DHOH Families and Youth!

We have three exciting summer events coming up in June for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, youth, and their families!

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Family Picnic
Join us at the Midtown Terrace Playground on June 2nd from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Family Picnic! All ages are welcome. There is an enclosed playground, basketball courts and a beautiful lawn area. The event is a potluck, so bring your favorite summer dish to share! Help us build a DHOH community while having fun playing, eating, and mingling. San Francisco Giants Game
Wear orange and black, and join us at AT&T Park on June 2nd at 7 p.m. to watch the San Francisco Giants play against the Philadelphia Phillies! Tickets are free for all Deaf and Hard and Hearing children and families, and are first come, first serve. Email Steven at steven@hearingspeech.org for more information and to reserve your tickets!

YMCA Camp Point Bonita
From June 24th to June 29th, Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and teenagers entering grades 3-10 will enjoy a week of summer camp at the YMCA Camp Bonita in the beautiful Marin Headlands! Activities include archery; fort tag; kayaking; visits to a lighthouse, the beach, the Marine Mammal Center; and much more!
